Extensive tour of the Ancient Rome, perfect for history lovers and good walkers. I’ve designed this tour to be a long journey through the ages to discover the history of the Roman Empire, admiring its majestic remains. As a guide/archaeologist I’ll be happy to meet you and travel with you back to the Roman times to understand the society that built the Colosseum and enjoyed the Gladiators games so much.
I’ll explain facts, myths and legend of the Ancient Rome, exploring the Colosseum, and after a short walk the Palace of Emperors, located on the Palatine Hill.
Finally I’ll be happy to escort you in “my” Roman Forum, where I’ve spent weeks excavating when I was a student of Archaeology.

I do not provide the tour of the Undergrounds and Arena. Tickets are always sold out. As a freelance guide and small business I do not have a partnership with the Colosseum management. So it’s not possible to add those sections to my tour. You can book the tour on your own and visit with me the Forum.
